Quick potato and sausage pan

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 portions of potatoes (leftover boiled potatoes from the previous day)
  • 3 pieces of bratwurst, raw
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 1 pack of frozen vegetables – buttered vegetables OR
  • 1 can/n mixed vegetables
  • salt and pepper
  • marjoram
  • Thyme
  • Fat, for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cut the sausages into bite-sized pieces, fry in the fat until brown, and remove from the pan. Slice the potatoes and dice the onion. Fry both in the fat until brown and season with salt, pepper, a little marjoram, and thyme. Add the vegetables and stir in. Cook the frozen vegetables for a few more minutes. Add the sausages and stir everything until hot.
