Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 3 liters of water
  • 300 g sugar
  • 1 stalk(s) cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp, heaped black tea
  • 3 lemons, untreated
  • 1 orange(s), untreated
  • ½ bottle of rum, if desired

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

delicious with and without rum

Boil half of the water along with the sugar, lemon zest, and cinnamon stick. Use the other half of the water to make the tea and let it steep for about 10 minutes. Mix the juice of the lemons and oranges with the strained liquids. Optionally, add rum for adults or omit the alcohol for children.
