Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 lime(s), untreated
  • 6 cl cachaça, 2 cl lime juice
  • 10 cl water, hot
  • 2 tbsp cane sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Hot Caipirinha

Wash the lime and cut it into eighths. Then place it in a caipirinha glass, sprinkle with brown sugar, and crush vigorously with a wooden muddler. Then add the lime juice and top with heated cachaça and hot water. Serve immediately.
