Cowboy-style scrambled eggs

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 10 eggs, size L
  • 4 large onions, red
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 tbsp whiskey
  • 2 tsp BBQ sauce
  • 200 g bacon
  • 1 tbsp barbecue seasoning

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Peel the onions and chop them into large cubes. Finely dice the bacon and fry them in the pan. Add the onion and fry until browned. Deglaze with whiskey. Add the spices and mix well. Mix the eggs and pour them over the mixture, stirring well and frying until well browned. The eggs should have brown spots. This dish is especially delicious with grilled bread.
