Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g cream cheese
- 70 g cashew nuts, roasted, salted
- 3 tbsp cream
- 3 tbsp jam (quince jam)
- 2 tsp curry powder
- 1 tsp chili powder
- salt and pepper

simple and vegetarian, perfect with vegetables or fondue
Blend the cream cheese and cream until smooth, then finely grind the cashews in a food processor. Mix all ingredients together. Tip: Mango chutney can also be used instead of quince jam.
