Herbs – Garlic – Butter

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g butter (semi-skimmed butter)
  • 1 pack of mixed herbs, frozen
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 red chili pepper(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • Paprika powder, hot and mild

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 15 minutes

Ideal with baguette, meat, etc.

Place the softened butter in a bowl. Mash the garlic cloves, thaw the frozen herbs, deseed and finely chop the chili pepper. Mix everything with the butter and season with a few dashes of Worcestershire sauce, a generous grind of salt, some pepper, and both paprika powders. Place the butter in the refrigerator for 2 hours to marinate.
