Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g cream cheese, semi-skimmed or double cream
  • 3 tbsp liqueur (Drambuie)
  • 1 clove(s) garlic, squeezed or very finely diced
  • 1 piece(s) ginger root, medium-sized, grated or finely chopped
  • ½ lemon(s), juice
  • Salt
  • Pepper, mixed, ground
  • chili powder

In a small bowl, cream the cream cheese with Drambuie until creamy. Add the garlic and ginger. Season with lemon juice, salt, pepper, and chili, and mix thoroughly. Garnish with chili and let it rest briefly in the refrigerator.
