Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 bunch of chives
- 160 g butter, soft
- 50 g fried onions
- 1 tbsp, sautéed Allspiceón de la Vera (smoked paprika powder)
- some salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
goes well with grilled meat
Rinse the chives, shake dry, and finely chop. Mix with butter, fried onions, and paprika, and season with a little salt. Transfer to a prepared, sealable jar and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
