  • 9 m.-sized eggs
  • 250 g sugar
  • 250 g condensed milk
  • 6 bags of vanilla sugar
  • 1 bottle of schnapps (corn), 32%

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

in the Thermomix TM 31, with whole eggs

Mix eggs, sugar, condensed milk, and vanilla sugar for 8 minutes/80°C/speed 4. Add cornstarch and mix for 2 minutes/speed 2. Makes 2 bottles of eggnog.
