Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 1 kg wheat flour (type 550)
  • 150 g butter
  • 150 g sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 10 g salt
  • 30 g yeast
  • 500 ml milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Combine all ingredients to form a smooth dough. Let it rise for half an hour. The dough is perfect for cakes, small pastries, etc. Process further as required.
