Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 1 mango(s), ripe
- 250 g mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp mustard
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 Habanero pepper(s), (up to 2 depending on the desired spiciness / alternatively chilies)
- ½ tsp curry powder
- n. B. Salt
- n. B. Pfeffer
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Remove the flesh from the mango. Purée the mango, habanero, and garlic in a blender. Combine the mayonnaise, curry powder, and mustard in a bowl. Add the purée, mix well, and season with salt and pepper. Makes approximately 500 ml of sauce.
