- 150 ml mayonnaise
- 150 g sour cream
- 1 banana(s), ripe
- Curry, plenty
- Salt

Dip
This is our favorite sauce for grilled food, raclette, and fondue. While it’s not the lowest-fat recipe, it’s worth the effort. Blend all ingredients with a hand blender. You should end up with a thick sauce. Season with curry and salt. If the consistency isn’t quite sauce-like, simply add half a banana. Blend again.
