Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g margarine
  • 100 g marzipan
  • 75 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 125 g flour
  • 1 tsp, leveled baking powder
  • 150 g sweets (mini Smarties)
  • 12 paper baking cups

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Dice the marzipan and mix with the margarine on high until creamy. Mix the sugar and vanilla sugar and gradually stir in. Stir in the eggs one at a time. Mix the flour and baking powder and also gradually stir in on low heat. Finally, fold in the Smarties. Divide the batter into paper baking cups on a muffin tin (12 pieces) and bake for about 20 minutes. Let cool slightly.
