Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 egg whites
  • 200 g sugar
  • 2 tsp cornstarch
  • 160 g desiccated coconut
  • 75 g chocolate (chocolate drops)
  • n. B. Wafers

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Preheat oven to 160°C. Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form, then gradually add the sugar while whisking continuously. Stir in the cornstarch and add the desiccated coconut and chocolate chips. Drop small heaping spoonfuls onto the baking sheets using 2 teaspoons and bake on the middle rack for about 15 minutes.
