Fried potato pan with minced meat and egg

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 750 g potatoes
  • 1 can peas
  • 2 onions
  • 500 g minced meat
  • some oil
  • 2 eggs
  • Salt
  • curry powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Peel the raw potatoes, cut them into very small slices, and fry them in oil. Add the minced meat, slice the onions, and add them as well. Once everything is cooked through, add the peas, then crack in the two eggs, stir in, and let them set. Only add the salt and curry powder at the very end to prevent the spice flavor from overcooking.
