Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 eggs, hard-boiled
  • 2 egg yolks, raw
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • Vinegar
  • Salt
  • Sugar
  • n. B. Onion(s), grated
  • e.g. cucumber(s) (pickles)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Strain the hard-boiled eggs through a sieve and mix well with the raw egg yolks. Then add the oil and mustard drop by drop, season the sauce with salt, vinegar, and sugar, and if desired, add some grated onion and finely diced gherkins.
