Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g flour
  • 200 g sugar
  • 100 g butter
  • 75 ml buttermilk
  • 2 m.-sized eggs
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 100 ml cola
  • ½ pack butter vanilla flavoring
  • ½ tbsp cocoa powder
  • 100 ml cola
  • 50 g butter
  • 100 g nuts (pecan)
  • 400 g powdered sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Hit for the children’s birthday party, for 15 pieces

Dough: Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and blend with a mixer until smooth. Pour the dough onto a greased baking sheet and bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for 25-30 minutes. Let cool for 1 hour, then remove from the pan. Glaze: Bring the butter, cocoa powder, and cola to a boil, reduce briefly, remove the pan from the heat, and stir in the powdered sugar. Spread over the cake and sprinkle with chopped pecans.
