Stew with sausage and rice

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g meat sausage (ham sausage or other)
  • 3 bell peppers, red, green and yellow
  • some ketchup (curry)
  • 2 bags of rice
  • 1 pack of gravy, approx.
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook the rice according to the package instructions. Cut the sausage into small pieces, add it to a pot with a little water, and heat. Simmer briefly, then add the diced bell peppers and curry ketchup to taste and bring back to a boil. Thicken slightly with gravy and season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Stir in the cooked rice, let everything simmer briefly, and then serve.
