Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 cup sunflower oil
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 4 m.-sized eggs
  • 1 m.-sized organic orange(s)
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • Fat and flour for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

The cup used as a measuring cup holds 200 ml. Cut the whole orange into small pieces. Place it in a blender with the oil and eggs and blend for about 3 minutes. Combine the flour and sugar in a bowl, then add the contents of the blender with a wooden spoon or whisk and mix. Finally, add the baking powder and mix. Pour into a greased and floured bundt pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C (top/bottom heat) for 35 to 40 minutes.
