Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 3 banana(s), mashed with a fork
- 150 g sugar
- 190 g flour
- 10 g baking soda
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
- 75 ml oil
- 75 g sugar
- 15 g flour
- e.g. cinnamon
- 15 g margarine

enough for 12 pieces
Mix the first seven ingredients for the batter thoroughly. Pour the batter into the twelve holes of a prepared muffin tin (i.e., a baking sheet). Preheat the oven to 180°C. Meanwhile, knead the crumb topping ingredients thoroughly and sprinkle sparingly (to make sure there’s enough) over the muffins. Place the muffins in the preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes.
