Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 400 ml cloudy apple juice
  • 1 tbsp cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp crème fraîche
  • 2 tbsp raisins
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

A great hot winter drink – also suitable as a dessert

Combine the apple juice, quark, and crème fraîche in a saucepan. Blend with a hand blender until creamy, then heat. Sprinkle in the raisins and cinnamon. Blend the juice again until smooth. Pour the drink into three glasses and sprinkle with cinnamon. Serve immediately while hot.
