Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g butter, melted
  • 200 g sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 240 g flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 100 g powdered sugar
  • 1 lemon(s)
  • Mineral water, carbonated

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Mix butter, sugar, eggs, flour, baking powder, and water until smooth. Divide the batter between the muffin cups. Bake at 175 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit) for about 20 minutes. Mix the juice of one lemon with the powdered sugar. Use a wooden skewer to poke small holes in the muffins and spread the icing on the muffins. This recipe can also be used to make a loaf cake!
