Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 ml mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp, heaped mustard
  • 2 tbsp, heaped pickle(s), chopped
  • 2 tbsp, heaped onion(s), chopped
  • 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp paprika powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 10 minutes

Finely dice the cucumbers and onions and stir them into the mayonnaise. Then add the remaining ingredients in any order and stir well again. The sauce tastes best when it’s allowed to sit for a while.
