Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 handful of frozen berries, e.g. raspberries, currants, blackberries K, e.g.
  • 170 g plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 80 g whole grain flakes
  • 1 handful of nuts

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

with Greek yogurt

Thaw the berries, mix with the yogurt and honey. Add the oats and nuts and stir in.
