Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 handful of frozen berries, e.g. raspberries, currants, blackberries K, e.g.
- 170 g plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp honey
- 80 g whole grain flakes
- 1 handful of nuts
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
with Greek yogurt
Thaw the berries, mix with the yogurt and honey. Add the oats and nuts and stir in.
