Quick pepper and leek pan

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 stalk(s) leek
  • 3 medium-sized bell peppers
  • 200 g meat sausage or ham cubes
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp tzatziki
  • 1 tbsp cream cheese
  • 100 g mozzarella, grated
  • Spice mix (gyros spice)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Chop the leek, bell pepper, and sausage into small pieces. Brown the sausage or ham cubes in butter, season with gyro seasoning, and add the vegetables. Stir in the tzatziki and cream cheese, simmer for 5 minutes, then season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle the cheese over the top and let it melt for about 5 minutes with the lid closed.
