Coffee – Nut – Cake

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g flour
  • 250 g sugar
  • 275 g hazelnuts, ground (optionally mixed with almonds)
  • ⅛ liter coffee, strong, brewed
  • ⅛ liter milk
  • Baking powder, 1/3 pack
  • 3 packets of vanilla sugar
  • possibly cake icing (chocolate)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

simple, delicious, juicy

Simply combine all the ingredients in a bowl, mix the coffee and milk, and stir in. Pour the batter into a greased springform pan and bake at approximately 180 degrees Celsius for 50-60 minutes. The recipe is so simple yet so delicious. The cake is beautifully moist and tastes good even days later; it stays fresh for a long time. I usually top it with a chocolate glaze. No butter, margarine, or eggs required! Try it; you’ll be amazed!
