Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 handfuls of cornelian cherries
  • some elderberries, picked berries from a large umbel
  • 2 dandelion leaves
  • 1 handful of ground elder
  • 1 handful of watercress
  • 2 stalks of nettles, young shoots
  • 75 ml water

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Smoothie with cornelian cherries, elderberry and wild herbs

Pour hot water over the nettle stalks, wash all ingredients. Pit the cornelian cherries, pick the elderberries from their clusters, and finely chop the wild herbs. Place everything in a mixing bowl, add the water, and puree with a hand blender. Enjoy this vitamin and mineral bomb fresh.
