Spaghetti sausage pot

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 100 g bacon, streaky, diced
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 6 sausages (Wiener), sliced
  • 2 leek(s), cut into rings
  • 0.12 liters of ketchup
  • ½ liter meat broth
  • 200 g spaghetti or mie noodles
  • ¼ liter white wine
  • 100 g Gouda, grated
  • 0.12 liters of cream
  • e.g. salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Fry the diced bacon in oil until crispy. Add the sausage slices and fry, then add the leek rings and braise. Stir in the ketchup, top up with the meat broth, and bring to a boil. Add two pieces of broken spaghetti or mie noodles and cook. Season with salt, pepper, and the wine. Add the Gouda cheese and cream and bring back to a boil.
