Cream ham sauce for grilling

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 500 g sour cream
  • 150 g ham
  • 2 eggs, hard boiled
  • e.g. ketchup
  • e.g. mustard
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 15 minutes

The perfect barbecue sauce, quick and easy

Dice the ham. Peel the eggs and chop them very finely. Pour the sour cream into a bowl and let it stand for about 2 hours. Discard any liquid that forms. Now mix the ham and eggs with the cream. Add 1 to several tablespoons of ketchup and mustard, depending on your taste. Finally, season with salt and pepper. Done!
