Light garlic dip with quark

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 100 ml whole milk, 3.5%
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp parsley, frozen
  • some salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 3 minutes

Aioli variant without egg, with turmeric

Combine everything except the olive oil and parsley in a blender and blend on high for 1 minute until creamy. Reduce the speed and slowly add the olive oil, then blend on high for another minute. Finally, add the parsley and blend briefly to combine. Season with salt and pepper, if desired. Serve with fresh baked potatoes.
