Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g sour cream
  • 200 g mayonnaise
  • ½ tbsp mustard
  • e.g. herbs (frozen or fresh), chopped
  • pepper
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Herb sauce for fondue or pan-fried dishes

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix together. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve as a sauce with fondue or pan-fried meat.
