Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 200 g strawberries
  • 30 g oat flakes, fine
  • 1 tsp, heaped vanilla sugar
  • 1 tbsp raisins
  • possibly cinnamon

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Pour the low-fat quark into a slightly larger bowl. Chop the strawberries as small as possible, but don’t mash them. Sprinkle the strawberry pieces over the quark and sprinkle the raisins on top. Now add the oats and vanilla sugar to a nonstick pan without oil and heat. Stir occasionally so the sugar melts and the oats toast. Pour the hot oats over the strawberries and stir everything together. If desired, you can add a pinch of cinnamon to taste.
