Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 175 g strawberries
- 13 g chia seeds
- 120 g yogurt
- e.g. sweetener, sugar or honey
- 5 g oat flakes
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 hours; Total time approx. 10 hours 10 minutes
Wash the strawberries. Set aside one nice strawberry for decoration. Rinse and dice the rest. Purée the strawberry cubes in a tall container and then stir in the chia seeds. Let it sit in the refrigerator overnight. The next day, sweeten the strawberry-chia puree to taste and layer it in a glass, alternating it with the yogurt. Add the oat flakes as the top layer. Decorate with the reserved strawberry.
