Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 200 ml mayonnaise
- 4 pickles
- 3 tsp mustard, hot
- Vinegar
- Paprika powder
- salt and pepper
- 2 dashes of ketchup
- 2 onions
- 1 garlic clove(s), alternatively garlic powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes
Finely chop the pickles and onions and place them in a bowl. Add the mayonnaise and crush in a garlic clove. Add the mustard, ketchup, vinegar, and other seasonings. The ingredients without specified quantities should be added to taste. The burger sauce tastes best when refrigerated for a while.
