Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 8 ladyfingers
- 1 cup of yogurt
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1 jar applesauce
- 2 packets of vanilla sugar
- 1 pack of cream stiffener
- 2 tsp vanilla flavor
- 1 tbsp powdered sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
Place 2 crushed ladyfingers into each glass. Spread 2-3 tablespoons of applesauce on top. Stir in the yogurt, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until well combined. Whip the whipped cream with the 2 packets of vanilla sugar and the packet of cream stabilizer until stiff peaks form, add to the yogurt mixture, and stir thoroughly again. Spread the yogurt-cream mixture over the applesauce and refrigerate for 1 hour.
