Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g chicken, fried or boiled, cut into strips
- 100 g celery, from the jar, grated
- 125 g mandarin(s) – oranges (can)
- 3 bananas
- 1 apple
- 1 dashes lemon juice
- 80 g mayonnaise
- Salt
- curry powder
- some lettuce
- 1 egg(s), boiled, sliced
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Peel and slice the apple, drizzle with lemon. Add the chicken and celery and mix. Then add the mandarin oranges, mayonnaise, and sliced bananas and gently fold in. Season with curry and salt. Serve on lettuce leaves and garnish with egg.
