Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g chicken, fried or boiled, cut into strips
  • 100 g celery, from the jar, grated
  • 125 g mandarin(s) – oranges (can)
  • 3 bananas
  • 1 apple
  • 1 dashes lemon juice
  • 80 g mayonnaise
  • Salt
  • curry powder
  • some lettuce
  • 1 egg(s), boiled, sliced

Instructions

Peel and slice the apple, drizzle with lemon. Add the chicken and celery and mix. Then add the mandarin oranges, mayonnaise, and sliced ​​bananas and gently fold in. Season with curry and salt. Serve on lettuce leaves and garnish with egg.
