super fast and super tasty

Crack the chocolate in its package onto the countertop or table until it breaks into small pieces. Pour the chocolate into the food processor. Add the butter (don’t throw away the butter paper!), the sugar, the salt, the cocoa powder, and the ginger, along with a splash of juice from the jar, to the food processor. Mix the flour with the baking powder and then add it to the food processor. Turn it on. Meanwhile, crack the eggs into the processor and mix until the batter is nice and sticky and runny. Now prepare a baking pan. Crumple a piece of parchment paper that will fill the pan under the running water. This will make it easier to fit the baking pan. Rub the parchment paper with the butter paper. Place it in the baking pan and press it into the corners. Pour the batter into the pan and spread it out. You can sprinkle nuts and fruit on top of the batter, but it’s not necessary. You can also grate some orange zest over it. Place the dish in the oven at 200°C for about 12 – 14 minutes.
