Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 5 eggs
  • 250 g sugar
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1 cup(s) eggnog
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • some flavoring (lemon flavor)
  • 125 g flour
  • 125 g cornstarch
  • Cake icing, chocolate

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

simple and super juicy

Combine all ingredients in a batter and pour into a greased cake pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C for about 90 minutes. Cover the cooled cake with chocolate icing. Note: one cup equals 250 ml.
