Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • ½ bunch parsley, flat
  • ½ bunch chives
  • 1 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 small gherkin(s)
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 150 g low-fat yogurt
  • possibly sweetener, liquid
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Combine sour cream, yogurt, mustard, and lemon juice. Finely dice the gherkin and finely chop the herbs, then add both to the yogurt mixture. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and sweetener and serve.
