  • 60 g margarine, e.g. Alsan
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsp soy flour
  • 200 g hazelnuts, ground
  • 80 ml water, approx.
  • 80 g sugar
  • 2 tbsp margarine, e.g. B. Alsan, liquid
  • 1 tsp, levelled coffee powder, instant
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 200 g powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp water, maybe more

Instructions

Working time approx. 40 minutes; Rest time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes

For the filling, mix hot (80-100ml) water with the sugar and hazelnuts. Let cool. For the yeast dough, place all ingredients in the bread maker’s container. First, add the liquid ingredients. Set the bread maker to the “dough program.” Then, roll out the finished dough into a rectangle, spread with the filling, roll up, and cut into slices approximately 2.5-3.0 cm thick. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and spread with a mixture of 2 tablespoons of liquid margarine, coffee powder, sugar, and water. Cover and let rise for another 20 minutes. Bake at 200°C for approximately 30 minutes. Mix the powdered sugar with approximately 2-3 tablespoons of hot water until smooth and spread on the still-warm rolls.
