Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 tsp butter
- 40 g sugar
- 100 g almond(s), peeled and chopped
- some oil

Melt the butter and sugar in a saucepan over moderate heat and heat, stirring constantly, until the sugar is lightly browned. Stir in the almonds and heat, stirring constantly, until the brittle is lightly browned. Immediately transfer to a lightly oiled plate or onto baking paper and let cool. If it’s not already crumbly enough, crush into small pieces.
