Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 5 eggs
  • 375 g sugar
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • ¾ tsp clove powder
  • 1 pinch of cardamom
  • 200 g almond(s), ground
  • 400 g hazelnuts, ground
  • 100 g candied lemon
  • 100 g candied orange peel

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

makes 30 pieces

Mix all ingredients, portion onto wafers and bake at 170 degrees for about 15 – 20 minutes.
