Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 110 g margarine (half-fat margarine)
- 165 g sugar
- ½ tsp cinnamon powder
- 3 eggs
- some vanilla flavor
- 150 g yogurt (skimmed milk yogurt)
- 200 g flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp milk
- 4 m.-sized apples, e.g. Elstar
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes
Beat the margarine with sugar and cinnamon powder until very fluffy. Gradually stir in the eggs, vanilla extract, and yogurt. Combine the flour and baking powder and add the milk. Pour the batter into a greased 26 cm springform pan. Peel, quarter, and core the apples, then score them lengthwise several times with a knife. Drizzle with lemon juice and press them, scored side up, into the batter. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C on the middle rack for about 40 minutes. Once cooled, dust with powdered sugar.
