Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 175 g butter, soft
  • 2 ½ tsp, leveled baking powder
  • 175 g flour
  • 130 g sugar
  • 1 packet of pudding powder (vanilla flavor)
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 3 eggs (size M)
  • 90 ml milk
  • 75 g chocolate sprinkles
  • 12 pieces of confectionery (e.g. Schokobons, Celebrations, Toffifee …)
  • 12 paper baking cups

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Muffins with a little surprise inside. Makes 12.

First, preheat the oven to 180°C (conventional) or 160°C (fan-assisted) and line a muffin tin with 12 paper baking cases. Combine all ingredients, except the chocolate sprinkles, in a mixing bowl with a hand mixer, then stir in the chocolate sprinkles. Divide the batter evenly among the cases and press one piece of confectionery, such as Schokobons, Kinder Chocolate, Celebrations, or Toffifee, into the batter. Bake the muffins on a wire rack on the middle shelf of the oven for about 25 minutes. Remove the muffins from the tin with the paper baking cases and let them cool on a wire rack.
