Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 servings of soup, ready cooked
- 2 eggs
- 3 tbsp flour
- 1 pinch(s) nutmeg, or paprika powder
- Water
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Beat the eggs with the flour, a little water, salt, and a pinch of nutmeg or paprika until smooth. Pour the mixture into the rapidly boiling soup in a thin stream, removing the pot from the heat as soon as the flakes float to the top. The egg mixture shouldn’t be allowed to boil for long, otherwise it will become slimy and the soup will become cloudy.
