Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 kg quark
- 125 g butter, melted
- 4 eggs
- 150 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 4 tbsp semolina
- 6 tbsp milk
- some lemon juice
- Baking paper for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes
from a springform pan
Separate the eggs. Whisk the egg yolks well with all the other ingredients. Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form and fold in. Line a springform pan with baking paper and pour in the batter. Preheat the oven to 170°C (fan oven) and bake the cake for about 1 hour, until the cake is golden brown.
