Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g mascarpone (optionally light)
- 500 g natural yogurt (between 0.1 and 3.5% as desired)
- 2 cups of whipped cream (take out of the refrigerator about 15 minutes before)
- 2 bags of cream stiffener
- 2 cans of tangerine(s) (save some juice!)
- 1 bar of white chocolate with lemon filling (Summer Edition from the square brand…)
- some sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- Confectionery (Raffaello), for garnishing
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 15 minutes

Mix the mascarpone and yogurt until smooth. Whip the cream with the cream stiffener, a little sugar, and vanilla sugar until stiff, then fold into the yogurt-mascarpone cream. Season to taste with the mandarin orange juice, sugar, and vanilla sugar. Finely chop the chocolate and fold it into the cream. Pour half of the cream into a dessert bowl and top with a layer of mandarins. Then layer the rest of the cream on top and smooth it down. Finally, decorate with the remaining mandarins and halved Raffaellos and refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
