Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 cup yogurt substitute, vegan
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

simple, tasty and quick to make

Peel and coarsely grate the cucumber, season with salt. After 2 minutes, squeeze the juice out, add the garlic, mix in the yogurt, and season with pepper. The tzatziki will keep in the refrigerator for 2-3 days.
